Refund Policy


Given the intangible nature of our digital goods, they cannot be physically returned. Consequently, we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges following a purchase. All sales, including those made during promotions, discounts, and pre-orders, are final and not subject to refunds or exchanges.

All Seasonal Sales (Easter / Black Friday) are not retroactive and are only applicable to specified products during the designated sales period. The same applies to offers/coupons.

In the event that your downloaded content becomes corrupted due to factors beyond TMT Technologies, LLC’s control, you can re-download it without incurring additional charges. If the download link is deactivated, we will reactivate it for you.

Should you encounter any issues with our products, files, installation, or have other inquiries, please reach out to our support team via email at [email protected], and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

In exceptional cases, where it becomes evident that there is no possible way for you to use our software, and after our support and development teams have exhausted all possible solutions, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. This will only be considered if you can provide proof of the issue, and you contact us within five (5) working days post-purchase. Any claim made beyond this period will not qualify for a refund.
